Eight Trios for Viola: Small Chamber Music Trios for Three Violas (Suomi Music 2020).

Eight Trios for Viola have been made for students to help them perform as a group, practice chamber music together and to develop listening to each other. The trios help students to learn new technical skills like the 3/4-time, the jumping bow, double-stops, trills, glissandos, pizzicati, string crossings, and the ricochet.

All of the Viola Friends books work with the help of the YouTube Channel Violin Friends. The series consists of Violin and Viola Friends 1A, 1B and 2, Eight Trios for Violin, Viola, Cello or String Trio, 11 Children's Songs arr. for Piano Quintet, 12 Variations of Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star by Mozart arr. for Piano Quartet and Sea Scenery for String Quartet.

All the music in the series is easily learnable with the help of simplified piano parts, Youtube play-along videos on the Violin Friends Youtube channel, and mp3 backing tracks on SoundCloud and the Violin Friends homepage www.violinfriends.com.
