Violin Friends by Lauri Hämäläinen is a lovely series of violin books for beginners. You will find innovative teaching methods for the basics of violin playing for young students. The books come with instrument-specific preparatory exercises, familiar songs, scales and small etudes as well as arrangements of masterpieces by great composers. Most of the pieces are arranged for a duo or trio, so the young beginners can enjoy playing together right from the start. Lauri Hämäläinen's Violin Friends is an excellent violin school!
